Warranty Details

Warranty terms apply only to the original purchaser.
Warranty is valid only in the original purchase location/country. 。
Warranty period is 24 months from the purchase date.
Accessories in the standard packaging carry a 3-month warranty from the purchase date.
Purchasers must present proof of purchase for warranty and after-sales service. Without it, the factory date determines the warranty start.
Repaired or replaced products continue under the original warranty period.
For repairs, we repair or replace parts; the manufacturer reserves rights to defective parts removed.
The manufacturer reserves the right to modify warranty terms without notice.

Excluded from Warranty

Cosmetic or casing damage
Damage from natural disasters or other force-majeure
Failure from misuse or not following the manual
Failure from self-disassembly or modification
